Graves Motorsports Kawasaki ZX6-R Titanium Slip-On (Cat Back). Graves Motorsports hand-made in the USA Titanium slip-on Silencer for the 2019-2024 ZX6-R. This slip-on exhaust is new from the ground up with record breaking race developed features. Graves' precise engineering develops precision products that are designed to outlook, outperform and outlast the competition. Graves Exhaust systems are designed for the elite rider seeking top of the line performance, fit, finish and value. This exhaust system was developed using the same technology that has powered the Graves Racing Team to 23 Professional AMA National Championships including 8 Superbike Championship titles and 3 Side x Side Pro Titles (Pro Stock and Pro Mod UTV). This product retains the OEM catalytic converter system.

The silencer's titanium body is attached to the Titanium entrance cap and a deep draw 60* slash cut titanium exit cap and is attached with stainless aircraft grade rivets and Titanium silencer bands.. The silencer is hung with a strapless titanium tab built into the systems ti tubing. The inter core tube is made of stainless that slips over the entrance and into the exit cap. This design not only streamlines looks of your bike and saves weight.

Cleanest slip-on

Installation was straight forward. Pulling the pre-chamber and large OEM muffler weight a ton and this really cleans up the look of the bike. Combine it with the option of Graves’ emailed tune for the FTecu and the bike runs cooler, smoother and sounds great. FYI, the graves logo comes off clean and can be replaced with a grey version of the yellow/red combo doesn’t match your bike’s colors. Buddy has the M4 GP slip-on, the graves is much deeper in tone and not as “buzzy”.

The slip on weighs so little it wouldnt even register on my scale. The sound is AMAZING and the quality of the welds are top notch. No one else comes close!

If you're shopping for a "shorty" exhaust for your ZX6R/636, you should not look any further than this unit here. Among the competing slip ons, this by far sounds the best and has incredible quality. Right out of the box, you notice that this is a bespoke design for your Kawi. Beautiful quality welds, laser precise fitment(within millimeters of the swingarm with no rubbing during compression/sag), and the sound is unmatched by any other slip on out there, not to mention it is super light weight. It has a loud, deep tone throughout the entire RPM range, without sounding too high pitched and "ricey" like some of the competing systems.
