Shipping & Returns
Here at Graves Motorsports we are committed to making sure we provide quality products to our customers. In the event that you wish to return a product or have one reviewed for warranty and / or repair your first step to receiving a "Return Authorization."
Please help us process your returns in a timely manner and eliminate any additional correspondence delays, by contacting us with your complete details (including date of purchase, receipts if not ordered directly and information on the return. Please note the in some cases we will request photographs before proceeding or technically supporting the issue.
Once submitting your information, we will be able to determine what we can do for you. Please note that no items will be accepted that do not have a "RA" number attached to them. Please make sure you wait for us to respond to you with the appropriate address and authorization number before taking any action (ie: do not send us an item back until we've reviewed it and sent you a verified document and information on how to address the item to us). All returns and warranty claims will follow our Terms and Conditions guidelines location here: http://www.gravesport.com/Terms.html. We do not accept dealer returns, no returns on electronics and unused inventory.
Graves Motorsports currently ships from our Van Nuys, California location Monday - Friday only. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Time usually ship the same business day. All orders will be processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday). Directly upon completing your purchase with Graves Motorsports online, you will receive a confirmation invoice showing the order details and information. This email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. After your order has been completed from our shipping facility you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and details. A copy of the final invoice that includes the tracking number will also be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment confirming your order has been completed. To insure proper delivery and smooth transactions with Graves Motorsports please make sure that you have placed gravesport.com as a trusted site to your email application and that you accept any messages from UPS.
