Graves Motorsports products are produced for the purpose of racing, therefore there is NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED on any products made or sold by Graves Motorsports. All descriptions given by Graves Motorsports as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Graves Motorsports will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product we manufacture or sell. Graves Motorsports shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask that the item be returned for evaluation. If in the opinion of Graves Motorsports an adjustment should be made, we will either repair or offer assistance in solving the problem. The use of Graves Motorsports products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
