We did not allow compromise in the development of this system. Material diameters, lengths, the silencer core size and length are optimized for maximum power output throughout the throttle and RPM range. Combined with Graves’ exclusive flash tune map this WORKS 2 system produces a solid through the mid range and top end dyno charts compared to our standard low mount systems. This tune also removes any computer error codes the bike will have when installing performance exhausts.
We use the same 1.00 MM thick wall high heat grade Titanium tubing used on our performance Superbike exhausts. This material is designed special for maximum durability and oxidation resistance up to 800*Celsius / 1472*Fahrenheit. It is designed to live at almost twice the temperature of normal Grade2 Titanium. The tubes are precision bent and cut with the latest equipment available. The tubing is then welded in fixtures designed so that repeat-ability is second to none. It comes with a single Lambda receiver bung for on track data logging or Dyno tuning. The spring tabs are made from 4MM thick Titanium wire for long life.
The silencer is has a Titanium entrance cap and attaches to the Carbon silencer body. The silencer is hung with a carbon fiber hanger strap for the cleanest look possible. The silencer body attaches to the end caps with stainless aircraft grade rivets and Titanium silencer bands. The inter core tube is made of stainless that slips over the entrance and into the exit cap that is made of Titanium and accented with a titanium beauty cover with a 60* slash cut.

Hey everyone, I just purchased and installed my Graves Works2 full exhaust system on my 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R non-abs model. My bike was totally stock and I was ready for some changes. So, this is what I did and this is exactly what I purchased.

ZX6R high-flow DNA Air filter
I installed the headers, and the rest of the exhaust. Everything is titanium or carbon fiber. Even the mount that replaces the passenger foot peg is all carbon fiber! The look is just phenomenal. I deleted my O2 sensor, and unplugged it entirely, and then I installed the DNA air-filter. I sent my ECU off to be re-flashed, and for the Graves map parameters to be loaded on. My bike is literally 22lbs lighter. And produces power like I have never experienced on a motorcycle in my entire life.
When revving my ZX6R it pulls crazy hard all the way to 16k RPM. It is a animal! I’m absolutely shocked how much power it’s making. This exhaust is not overly loud, and it’s only loud when it popples and cracks on decel. If you revv the bike while sitting still, and quickly let off the gas and abruptly close the throttle, a giant shotgun blast and blue fire ball comes out of the exhaust lol. Haha.
BUY THIS SYSTEM!! I cannot get over how powerful my ZX6R is and feels. It’s absolutely scary and terrifying in 3rd gear pulling past 14K RPM. It makes you feel the immediate need for a steering stabilizer desperately.
This exhaust and the DNA filter, and getting my ECU flashed with Graves parameters has totally transformed my ZX6R. I was not expecting it to produce power like this. It is mind boggling.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS exhaust. I love titanium, and I love Carbon fiber. And it’s made up entirely of both of these materials.
The flanges on the headers are 7075 billet aluminum. It’s the highest quality stuff I have ever seen. It provides such a good mount and seal when installing your header. That’s why the header alone is like $1,285 lol. You won’t regret this purchase.
My engine runs cooler, my bike pulls like a freight train all the way up in the RPM’s. I have never experienced anything like this on a motorcycle. With the exhaust and tune your essentially looking at a $2,300 dollar investment. But, it’s worth every penny! Buy it! And GET IT DONE ASAP!
