The Goal of Graves when designing this exhaust system is to provide the best performing, highest quality product on the market. We did not compromise in the development of this system. Material diameters, the silencer core size and length are optimized for maximum power output throughout the throttle and RPM range.
- New BLUE Octagon Silencer Design Featuring: Aluminum silencer body with Stainless end cap and a Carbon Fiber beauty cover. The new silencer has greater volume for reduced sound, long life and a deep throaty exhaust note
- The slip-on silencer is designed as a one piece unit that slips directly onto our stainless header. The silencer body has one integrated mounting tab for a clean strapless design. The tailpipe/silencer pipe secures to the motorcycle using the OEM clamp.

Buy the slip-on if you're installing Outback Motortek Crash Bars

Beautiful craftsmanship and quality! Sounds awesome!
Word of warning... If you are considering buying this exhaust for your CRF 300L Rally and are going to install or have installed the Outback Motortek crash bars, BUY THE SLIP ON SILENCER! Graves makes a tighter U-bend on the header of the full stainless system, and the header interferes with installing the lower mounting brackets of the crash bars. You have use the Honda factory header. I was able to modify my crash bar brackets with a lot of trial and error grinding, and got everything to fit, but had I of known about this I would have just ordered the slip on silencer and saved myself a lot of headache. -

The exhaust install was very straight forward and fairly easy. The only down side for a $1000+ system it does not come with an exhaust clamp, you have to reuse your stock clamp. This causes two issues, first: you now have a stainless system all the way back except for this black clamp right in the middle. Second: the bolt on my clamp stripped while removing it from the stock exhaust causing me to have to go to the hardware store to purchase a new bolt. For the cost of this system there should be a clamp in the box. Was very disappointed my full exhaust was not quite a full system.
Also if you have the Outback motortek crash bars on your 300l Rally the header pipe hits the bar mount so you either have to remove your crash bars or not use the Graves header pipe.
