Graves Motorsports Kawasaki ZX-10R Steering Stop for the 2016-2021 model year bikes. Limits the range of steering to help prevent tank slap. Comes with mounting screw (no drilling or tapping required). Mounts on the bottom of the steering neck.

Good quality and fit well, mine didn’t come with a mounting screw but

Fits well, everything lines up, and it looks like it’ll do it’s job. The only issue is that it mine didn’t come with a bolt, and the one you remove to install is too short. If you have a set of the GB Racing case savers, use one of the bolts you remove to install that, one of the engine cover bolts. They’re the same thread, and 8mm head so the socket is skinny enough to be able to tighten it down (at least my 8mm wera socket was skinny enough). They just need to be trimmed to length.
