Please download and fill out the Adobe PDF form below, then mail or fax the sign up information back to us along with all of the necessary documents (including pictures of your store front). Dealers Online Ordering (Note: International Dealers will need to use the website as a product reference and submit orders VIA the Phone Fax ( Fax 818-902-3821 ) or International option on the website. The order will be sent to our sales team and we will respond to you with a real time quote including shipping values).
Log into our all new online website at www.gravesport.com. At the top click the "Create An Account" link and follow the steps. Note: in the name field if your billing has your company name only place that name in the "First Name" line and leave the "Last Name" blank. Continue completing the form and click submit. If you are new to the site as a dealer you will get a response shortly after signing up approving your dealer status and moving your pricing points. Make sure to contact us if you do not receive a note about the account setup direct from our staff or if you have any problems in your streamlined ordering.
Return to the main page and select your product from the menus or fine tune your shopping to the specific bike that you are looking for from the "Select Your Motorcycle" menu drop down bar. You can also search via part number or keyword using the search bar.
Once you are on the item page select any options needed and retail along with dealer pricing will be displayed. Click "Add to Cart" and be taken to the page below. Note the option for any current coupons will be underneath the summary page. You will need to click submit when entering a coupon at this screen to see the changes. Make sure this is done so you will get the discounts. We cannot go back and discount once this is done.
This screen brings up shipping options. Dealers that use their own shipping numbers or choose to pick up items in store can use the "Dealer Pick Up / Drop Ship" option so that the items will be waiting for you and you won't be charged shipping(only available to premier accounts and you must be pre-qualified).
This page is the order summary and dealers can input drop shipments information by going to the "Modify" link and changing the shipping address.
The "Customer Notes" sections is for dealers to put information. For instance: "Drop ship no invoice" or "Please ship UPS on our account" and even personal notes like the drop ship customer's name.
Dealers can sign up for the Graves Motorsports RSS feeds and see realtime site updates and racing information directly underneath the main page blogs by clicking the orange "RSS" button.
