Graves Motorsports is now offering Dealers advanced access to product information and data feeds through the Gravesport.com online portal.
These new features are easy to use by just logging into your online account at Gravesport.com. Once logged in the first page you are taken to (My Account) will give you access to download two new products.
The first is an inventory feed link called “Download product feed.” This file is similar to a “Google” or “Amazon” style product listing feed. This will allow new or existing dealers to import our entire product structure into their existing websites with minimal effort. It’s simple to use, allows your company to be up to date with the latest Graves products and even shows inventory on items! Basically any and all information you need to build our products into your website are in this file and it updates every 24 hours! Your online team or shopping cart provider can integrate these feeds directly to your site. Then all you have to do is categorize the items. It’s that simple!
The next link called “Download price sheet,” is a parts and pricing chart resource. This list shows you part numbers, product name, retail price and dealer price in an easy to access list. This file also updates every 24 hours. By downloading this file you can quickly scroll through our products and current pricing or use excel to remove dealer pricing and use as a price chart for customers.
After you leave the “My Account” page you can also find the same links at the top of the “Modify Profile” page. We have recently added a new technical support, works and dealer resource forum located at www.gravesport.com/forum/. From ground breaking technical support, pictures, videos and the occasional posts from Graves Motorsports riders, you never know what is happening online with Graves unless you’re a member so check it out today!
If you are a current Graves dealer and do not have an online account setup, please go to: www.gravesport.com and sign up for the website. Once completed send a message to online@gravesport.com that you just signed up and would like your account transferred to dealer status. If you are not a current dealer with Graves Motorsports, then follow the dealer link at the top of our website and fax us your dealer application. You will also need to sign up for an online account that once approved will give you access to online ordering and all the benefits of being a Graves Motorsports dealer.
