Do I need to use the valve spring kit (Part # VK001) and the adjustable cam sprockets (Part # CS001) when I install the Graves camshaft (Part # CM005)?
Yes! You MUST use the upgraded valve spring kit and the adjustable cam sprockets with the Graves camshaft. The springs will increase the valve seat pressures and minimize valve float at high engine speeds. The adjustable cam sprockets are essential, to achieve precise cam timing set up required by the high performance Graves camshaft.
