ORDER ELECTRONICALLY: You can order direct from
Graves Motorsports via our website. ORDER BY TELEPHONE: Please have the part number(s)
you wish to order ready and call Graves Motorsports at (818) 902-1942
with your order.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex,
Discover). All orders must be paid-in-full before we will ship them. We
do not accept personal checks. We do not offer open accounts.
PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. Van Nuys, CA and are subject to
change without notice.
SHIPPING: We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) whenever possible.
Shipping charges are added to invoice total. Shipping via US Post Office
is for international orders only.
BACK ORDERS: We do not cancel back orders unless requested. We do
not charge for back ordered items up front unless they are deemed a
"special order". When back ordered come back into stock we will call our
customer and if the item if still needed only then do we charge your
credit card. When
out of stock orders come in, back orders are shipped first.
SPECIAL ORDERS: On special orders, a 50% deposit is required.
Please allow 30-120 days shipping time on special orders. No returns or
refunds are given on special orders.
FOREIGN ORDERS: Must be pre-paid in US Money Order, Certified
Bank Draft or letter of credit US funds only. Orders are shipped freight
and duty collect.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All
returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization
number (RA#) and a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be
inspected and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to
shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced immediately. No
returns after 30 days from invoice date. All refused shipments must be
in new condition for resale and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
all freight charges. Graves Motorsports products purchased through
another reseller must be returned through them. No returns on special
orders. PUBLIC ROAD USE: Some items in this
catalog and on our web site may not be legal for sale or use in the
state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Graves
Motorsports performance products are intended for racing vehicles only
and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway
vehicles.
CLAIMS: All claims for damage or missing goods are the
responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the
merchandise in front of the carrier. All claims must be made to the
carrier.
WARRANTY: Graves Motorsports strives to produce products with the
highest quality and performance in the industry. Graves Motorsports
products are produced for the purpose of racing, therefore there is NO
WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED on any products made or sold by Graves
Motorsports. All descriptions given by Graves Motorsports as to function
are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Graves Motorsports will
not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury
arising out of the use of any product we manufacture or sell. Graves
Motorsports shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any
special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited
to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which
may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these
products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to
all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask
that the item be returned for evaluation. If in the opinion of Graves
Motorsports an adjustment should be made, we will either repair or offer
assistance in solving the problem. The use of Graves Motorsports
products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
LIABILITY: The purchaser of any Graves Motorsports products
releases the manufacturer of those products and/or Graves Motorsports
from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser
recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may
increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the
motorcycle illegal for public road use.
