Description
Graves Motorsports is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a highly diversified position requiring an individual who is upbeat, a quick study, organized and self motivated. Assisting the General Manager will require a high level of responsibility, motivation and discretion. The right candidate will be able to work as a team player as well as independently. This job entails organizing and filing of daily tasks, the need to be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office. Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task. A basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting and the ability to type 40wpm is also required.

Requirements
• Minimum High School Diploma / AA Degree in Business a plus
• Ability to navigate various software programs
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook (computer literate)

• Maintain a certain level of discretion
Hours
• Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
